1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with Threads-of-Truth.
We partner with Printful to produce and fulfill all orders made through our Wix store at threads-of-truth.com.

Our shipping process ensures that each product is made with care and delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Each order is made to order through Printful to reduce waste and maintain quality.

  • After your order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 business days for Printful to print, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Fulfillment times may be longer during holidays, product drops, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Times

Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment time and depends on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

These are general estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or global conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, item count, and total order weight. Occasionally, Threads-of-Truth may offer free shipping promotions—follow our social media or newsletter for updates.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide through Printful’s network of fulfillment centers.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Threads-of-Truth and Printful cannot control or predict these charges.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, contact us at woven.threads.of.truth@gmail.com.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, email us at woven.threads.of.truth@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your order hasn’t arrived.

 

8. Address Errors or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Threads-of-Truth and Printful are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

9. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Some collections may be offered as pre-orders or limited drops.
Shipping times for these will be clearly stated on the product page.
Pre-orders may take longer to fulfill depending on production volume.
